Common questions
How do I get an account?
Your plant creates your account and gives you your name and PIN. There is no public sign-up. If your plant uses a plant code, tap Change plant on the sign-in screen and enter it.
I forgot my PIN, or I'm locked out
After several wrong PINs, sign-in pauses for a short time to protect your account. Ask your supervisor to reset your PIN, or email us.
I'm not getting notifications
Open More → Me → Enable push notifications, and allow notifications for FloorTalk in your phone settings. Silent mode and Focus modes can mute alerts. Emergency features still show in the app when it is open.
The microphone or camera doesn't work
Allow microphone or camera access for FloorTalk in your phone settings. FloorTalk only uses them when you tap record, call, Translate or attach photo.
How do I report abusive or inappropriate content?
FloorTalk is used only by people at your own workplace, and there is zero tolerance for abusive content. In the app, tap ⋯ on any chat message, photo or walkie post (or press and hold it), then choose Report message and pick a reason. The message is hidden for you right away. Your plant's supervisors are notified and review reports within 24 hours [GEORGE: confirm this review commitment]. They can dismiss a report or remove the message, and the person you reported isn't told who reported them.

How do I block someone?
Tap ⋯ on one of their messages and choose Block. You won't see their chat messages, photos or walkie posts, and you won't get chat notifications from them. Safety alerts and emergency broadcasts are never hidden. To undo it, go to More → Account & privacy → Blocked people → Unblock.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: More → Me → Account & privacy → Delete my account. Or see Delete account.
